Shipping

Every ARB JEWELLERY piece is handcrafted to order and can require up to 3 weeks to produce.

Once ready your order will be sent via courier with tracking. Expected delivery is 1-3 business days, but please allow 7 business days, as delays with the postage system are outside my control.

If you are not located in NZ and would like a quote please contact me.

Please check your address is correct before proceeding to checkout as we will not be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim. We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

  •  The item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.

  • The loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.

  • The loss or damage occurs after delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Repairs and Returns-

ARB JEWELLERY will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Please contact us for details. Manufacturing faults do not include faults with chains, patinas (such as blackening) rubbing off, or tarnishing.

We will not accept returns for “change of mind’. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we can arrange for it to be repaired, or alternatively exchanged or refunded. Please note we do not accept returns when items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging or when items are returned outside the specified return timeframe (14 days)

Care-

As each piece is handmade we recommend keeping your jewellery in it’s box if it is not being worn. keep sterling silver ​away from harsh chemicals like household cleaning fluids as they create abrasions and reduce the luster of the metal. Cleaning silver jewellery is best done with a professional jewellery cleaning product. The blackened surface of the bronze is a surface finish and as such will wear away over time to reveal the natural bronze colour. If you do not like this natural bronze colour you can contact me to re-blacken your piece.

Chain lengths-

If you are after a chain length different than the one listed this is possible, contact me and we can work something out. A longer chain may incur an additional charge.
